Aliens Hover Above Moscow

Do you remember what the sky looked like in Independence Day? Well, thousands of people in Moscow were reminded of just that the other day. Scientists seem to be ruling it an optical illusion. Can you still perceive optical illusions when your brains are being eaten through your anus by aliens? Well, can you scientists?
