Half Bearded Man Arrested

If you're a dude, more than likely you've had some sort of facial hair growing contest, or at least shaved a beard or mustache into something ridiculous. Also, more than likely, you probably didn't get arrested and have your mugshot taken while entertaining said stupid facial hair. Hopefully this 27-year-old St. Petersburg man had some killer Halloween plans in the works... otherwise, this is just bizarre.
