21 year old Patrick Lee was killed outside a night club after being tased by police officers 19 times. Reports claimed that Lee was on LSD and “acting strangely.” Lee's parents then sued the officers, the local government authority, and the taser manufacturer. The Tennessee jury trying the case ruled that excessive force was NOT used.

Remind me not to get tased whenever I'm passing through Tennessee.
