According to the site, Leroy Smith is the man behind Michael Jordan’s will to win. 

In tenth grade, I beat out MJ for the last spot on our varsity basketball team, igniting a fire that inspired him to greatness. Since then I have motivized countless people with my inspirational DVD series and workshops. Now, with the launch of my revolutionary website, I’m finally able to motivate the world, including Canada.

If we all had a motivizer like Leroy Smith in our lives, there is no telling where we could be now.  I mean, Michael Jordan could fly.

I’m not sure where this whole thing is going (hopefully a web series or TV), but it looks to be hilarious.  Especially with someone like Charlie Murphy involved.  The DARKNESS.
