Jim Breuer Is Hungry, Alright?

Jim Breuer, while apparently filming a commercial for some pizza chain restaurant, goes nutso on the food designer on the set.  Was he stoned?  Did he have the munchies?  Is he a diabetic?  Who knows? This could be real, this could be fake, but either way it's hilarious.
