In Case You Ever Wondered What Destroying A Life-Size Lego House Looked Like

Top Gear's James May had this cool two story Lego house constructed with the help of 1,200 people. It took 3.3 million plastic Lego blocks to build the house. The design was done by Barnaby Gunning Architects for the show Toy Stories.
James' full scale Lego House was built at the Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking, Surrey, for the BBC program Toy Stories. Someone just asked me why it was destroyed. Well, because I didn't have the $81,000 needed to dismantle it and rebuild it in another location, that's why.
Definitely a shame the Lego house was demolished, but at least all the bricks are being reused at Legoland.

I assume this is where "Fell in Love with a Girl" was filmed...
