The Kansas City Royals mascot Sluggerrr the Lion has been accused of nailing a fan in the eye with a hot dog. The eye-wienered John Coomer claims that while at a Royals game, Sluggerr jumped on top of the dugout, and began slinging hot dogs at the crowd. Coomer's lawsuit states that the mascot was not arching his throws and threw a wiener rocket straight into his eyeball. This wiener strike supposedly detached the fan's retina, resulting in two eye surgeries, and permanent impairment of his vision in his left eye. Which leaves us with one important question; who the fuck throws hot dogs at people?

I guess mascots do.
