Cleveland police pulled over 20-year-old Ricky Flowers II for a routine traffic stop. Ole' Ricky decided he was having none of that and led police on a chase. Driving through residential neighborhoods reaching speeds in excess of 90 mph his vehicle finally came to a stop. Flowers and his passenger bailed from the car and ran towards a large fence. Flowers made it over while his buddy got tasered before getting to the top. Flowers though he was home free, until he realized the fence he scaled was to a women's prison yard. Nice work.
