30-year-old Maddie Chambers spent a year making this model of Frodo Baggins' home. The Bag End cottage was painstakingly made by hand and measures just three square feet.
This all began when I was a young child and read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings for the first time. I was about ten years old and I was instantly hooked by this magical world. I have read the trilogy at least 20 times since and each time it still holds as much wonder as the first time.
The model even includes a framed one inch version of the Baggins family tree. Also there is an accurate map of Middle Earth, which includes Frodo's notes in Elvish handwriting. Every little detail was taken into consideration, including the kitchen stocked with miniature food and longbottom leaf ale.
