Bacon Camp San Francisco: May 8, 2010

Bacon Camp is a celebration of all things bacon where chefs and pork lovers unite. A day full of sculptures, creations, and delicious bacon. All proceeds go to the San Francisco Food Bank, which will make eating all that bacon even better. Good causes are scientifically known to make bacon taste far more delicious. Fact. Lucky for you, Bacon Camp is coming very soon.

BaconCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment about bacon. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from participants who are the main actors of the event. It is community driven and everyone is encouraged to participate by presenting (food, art, demo), judging, or volunteering. BaconCamp is not a spectator sport.

If you live in the San Francisco area (I'm talking to you Paul) you should definitely check it out.
