NES Stop Motion

YouTube user bornforthis43 spent over 120 hours creating this stop motion tribute to old school games. It took over 7000 images to make the 3 minute long video. The games shown in order are: Kirby's Adventure, Contra, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Mega Man 2, and Super Mario Bros. The video required almost his entire classic rock playlist to help power him through the video making process.

I recently found myself wondering what a video game might look like in the form of a stop motion animation. While a normal person's response to such a question would of course be "who gives a shit?" I possess few of the qualities typically associated with normalcy and was irrevocably compelled to find out. This is the result.

The real result is me wanting an 8-bit desk.

Ninja Gaiden: New Addition to Super Mario Bros. Crossover

Remember Jay Pavlina? He's the developer of the amazingly wonderful Super Mario Bros. Crossover game. Fortunately for us, Jay decided he wanted to keep introducing new players to his creation. Coming soon, Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden will be added, and judging from this trailer, playing as Ryu won't make the game very difficult, just incredibly fun.
