More Needles!: Man Attempts to Break Piercing Record

Aryan Hopkins made an attempt at the Guinness World Record for most piercings in one session and the most piercings ever. The previous record for most piercing in one sitting was 900. Aryan ended up beating that with a new world record of 1,093 needles. He fell short of the most piercings ever and missed his personal goal. Remember kids, it's important to set lofty achievements like this for yourself.

They wanted 2,000, but stopped piercing when Aryan Hopkins' body began to show signs of shock. They fell short of the overall record of 1,200 piercings, set in 2009, which used 16-gauge needles, which are larger than 18-gauge. It doesn't exactly hurt, Hopkins said. It feels extremely weird.

The event also raised money for the Shriners Hospital for Children, which means it wasn't a completely worthless act.

World Record Beer Coaster House

Sven Goebel from Germany just made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for constructing this house out of beer coasters. Over three months, Sven used over 250,000 coasters to make the walls tables and chairs. No glue or adhesive of any kind was used to hold the coasters in place. After confirming the record, there was only one thing left to do; destroy it.

The Quest to be the World's Fattest Woman

Setting goals in life is a good thing, and 42-year-old Donna Simpson's new goal in life is to be #1. Being the best at something is a reasonable goal, except when you're striving to be the world's fattest woman. Currently at 602 (Six-Hundred-and-Motherfucking-Two) pounds, Simpson says she will be doubling her size in just two years. To achieve this "goal" she will need to eat 12,000 calories a day. To put that into perspective, the average woman eats only eat 2,000. To fund her $750 a week grocery bill, Donna runs a website where you can pay to watch streaming video of her eating (devouring whole baby pigs). The New Jersey resident already holds the Guinness World Record for being the world's fattest mother. When Jaba gave birth to her daughter Jacqueline, it took a team of 30 medics to perform a dangerous Caesarian section.
